I've only listened to a couple of their shows but I've definitely become a fan of Mermen. This is a great recording of really awesome show too. I will definitely be downloading this one.

Subject: Great stuff
I've been a Mermen fan since the early 90s but have just stumbled upon this sunken treasure...Thank you everyone, from the people who post the recordings to those who held the mikes to those who fetched the drinks :).

Subject: Just another great show
You have to see these guys! They have a new line up but the songs and sound have always been fantastic.

This recording is a great example of the Mermen sound.

Subject: Wow unbelievable sound quality
Great set and Studio quality sound. If you haven't seen a show this will give you a good idea of what to expect. Play this for anyone and create an instant fan.

Subject: A Top Pick of Fans
As a newbie Mermen fan, I asked a group of more experienced fans for a favorite show. Several came back with this choice.

I'm not yet in a position to judge it musically against other shows. As soon as we put it on at home though, my socks were knocked off by the recording quality itself. Wow, what a capture!
